1. What is a widget?
A widget is a small desktop application that provides useful information without getting in your way. A widget saves time and provides an at-a-glance view of your favorite internet service—right on your desktop. It can be used to display weather, stocks, time, and, for busy moms like you, great Ragú® recipes.

2. How do I install the Ragú® Recipe Widget?
If your computer meets the requirements (next question), click download. Follow and agree to the terms and conditions. Our Ragú® Recipe Widget is quick and easy to install and will be ready to use in no time!

3. What are the requirements to download the Ragu Recipe Widget?
You must have the following to download the Ragú® Recipe Widget: A PC, either Windows XP or Windows Vista, and Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework (Click here to download)

4. How do I access it?
You can access your Ragú® Recipe Widget by double clicking the Desktop Icon after it is installed, the tomato icon in the system tray, or by going to Start > Programs > Ragú® Recipe Widget. Easy, right?

5. My widget isn't working properly, what do I do?
If you cannot resolve your issue by any of these questions, please drop us a line! There is a form on the side of this page; just fill out your information, describe your concern and we will answer your question in a timely manner.

6. How do I remove/uninstall it?
You may remove the widgets on Windows XP by going to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Programs/Features. You may also remove the widget by going to Start > Programs > Ragú® Recipe Widget > Uninstall.

7. I have the same theme as last week, what's wrong?
In order to get a new theme each week, your widget should be connected to the internet at least once a week to update your widget themes. Connect to the internet, wait a minute or two and the widget should update itself. If the problem persists, please fill out the form to the side and we will contact you in a timely manner.

8. Do I need Internet connection to use the Ragú® Recipe Widget?
You only need the internet to update your Ragú® Recipe Widget themes, Get more recipes, and notification alerts. Otherwise, the Ragú® Recipe Widget allows you to browse 100s of great Ragú® Recipes without internet connection.

9. What does the tomato icon with a bang (!) mean?
The tomato icon that normally rests on the bottom of your screen in the system tray will occasionally display a bang (!): this means that your Ragú® Recipe Widget has a new update! Click it and your widget will automatically update to display this week's Ragú® Recipe theme. It may also mean that there is a newer version of the widget to download. Cool, right?

10. How do I save a recipe to My Ragú®?
When viewing a recipe in the widget or on Ragu.com, click 'Add to My Ragú®' to save the recipe to My Ragú®. If the recipe already exists and you would like to remove it, view the recipe on your widget or Ragu.com and click 'Remove from My Ragu'. Oh, and don't forget to rate your favorites!

11. The Ragú® Recipe Widget is so cool, can I distribute this?
We discourage the distribution of the Ragú® Recipe Widget since we occasionally update it and add new features. If you would like to help us with distribution please fill out the form and we will contact you.

12. The widget doesn't fit on my screen when it's maximized. How come?
The standard screen resolution for most monitors is 1024 x 768. You may have your settings saved at a lower resolution if you are experiencing this problem. Just go to your computer's settings and set the resolution to at least 1024 x 768. It's as easy as that!

13. All of the recipes on my widget have empty star ratings. Why is that?
The Ragú® Recipe Widget allows you to rate all of your favorite recipes! The star rating on each recipe is empty until you rate it. Just roll over the stars to your desired rating and click to save. Now you'll never forget your favorites!

14. Help! Every time I try to open the Ragu Recipe Widget, I get an error message. What’s wrong?
Don't worry. If this happens when you try to open the widget, it just means that you need to download Microsoft’s .NET 2.0 Framework or update your version of it. Do that by clicking here. Pretty easy, right?
